A. Our kits were designed from the ground up with the novice in mind. We start with the assumption that the person that uses our kits has never made a repair in their lives. After 30 years in business and millions of kits sold, we have learned to keep it simple. (the "kiss" method)

Q. Do I have to go out and buy any other tools to use the kit?

A. No. We include everything you need to make a professional repair.

Q. Will the repair be permanent?

A. Yes. All of our repair kits are designed to not only repair, but to last. Your repaired section will end up being the strongest part of the item you repair.

Q. What if I run into a problem making a repair?

A. We will be right there to walk you through any repair problems you have. While we have gone to great lengths to provide simple, step by step instructions, our Customer Service Center is only a call away.(visit our customer support page for details)

Q. What if I'm not satisfied with my repair?

A. We have an unconditional money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products we will refund your money no questions asked! (Correction, we will ask you what the problem was, so we can improve the product if you point out something that we missed!)

Q. Do I need any special tool to do the repairs?

A. In most cases all of the tools required are in the kit. Occasionally, you will have to use a household iron to apply heat.
